By accessing or using StorageFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
StorageFlow provides a cloud-based self-storage management platform including facility management, billing, lease management, customer portals, and optional AI-powered market intelligence. The core platform is provided free of charge. Optional premium features are available through paid subscriptions.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use StorageFlow only for lawful purposes related to self-storage facility management. You may not use the platform to store or transmit malicious code, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.
5. Payment Terms
For paid subscriptions, billing occurs monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into StorageFlow. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
StorageFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
