Transparent payment processing
Every plan includes billing, leases, reports, and the tenant portal. The exact Stripe processing fees are passed directly to your tenants: ACH bank transfers are just 0.8% (capped at $5), and card payments are 2.9% + 50¢ per transaction. You keep 100% of your rent. $1 for your first 30 days on Pro.
The cap is the point: we win a little when you win, and your bill never balloons. A 1,000-unit / $100k-rent operator on Enterprise pays $399/mo — everything included.
